"Happy Mother's Day Mom"!

Hey everyone!

I hope all you mama's had a wonderful day with your families! It's such a special time for mom's to just be loved! I waited all day to hear from my kids...I got a text, a hug and a phone call! But it didn't come till later on in the long as it's before midnight I'm good! LOL

I went to see my mom at 7pm, (although I called her like at 10am) ....why so late when she lives on the other side of town???? well, I was working on her gift allllll day! I am so pressed for time as always and didn't get to start on her gift till the morning of! So let me share what I made for her.

This is a Mother's Day Prayer wall hanging I made with my custom "Cameo" die! I LOVED making this for her! She's always been a very girly girl and loves pinks and flowers and clothes and shoes and omg you guys, back in the day she always went to the salon to do something to her hair and she would buy herself a new outfit every week....I remember she used to where false eyelashes and wigs! She's a beautiful woman, inside and out!! I Love my mommy!:)

This is a gift set! the card and wall hanging to go inside the bag!
The wall hanging by itself.....
Some close ups....
The card...
A close up...
The gift bag.....

For some of the laces I used, you can find them at THIS POST! For the "Cameo" die cut sets, you can go to THIS POST! For some Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays, see the listing HERE!

I recorded myself making this piece, but not the other stuff because I didn't have time to go back and recharge my battery and wait for that, then continue!
(and I didn't have an available plug at my work table:(
 SO, I'm so sorry:(

I wanted to share a pic of my mommy opening her gift!  In case you can't tell, she's only 4'9" (she's 74 years old and spunky!!) dad is 5'1"....cute and tiny them 2!!
Happy Mother's Day Mommy!
Mom, thank you for being mine! I really don't know where or who I would be if it wasn't for your love and your prayers, You, is who I want to be like....a prayer warrior, never giving in, always looking up and always being there!
You are and always will be my blessing!

...and Happy Mother's Day to you guys!

Handmade Floral Sprays and Swags!!!

Hello everyone!

I shared a little about these in my last post and now I'm so excited to share how I made these sprays and swags using Wild Orchid Crafts flowers, stamens and leaves with Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays and a few little things from my stash! I had fun making them!

I will have a product list for Wild Orchid Crafts products I used at the end of this post with links that will take you directly to those items for easy shopping, along with other products I used in a separate listing!

These are fun to make and beautiful!! Use any style and size flowers to make your very own!

Here they all are...
Here are the first mini sprays I made in the video,
This one has the feathers and charm...
Here's a close-up of the charm. I spray painted it black on both sides to match it up with the cherry blossoms,
This next one is a little smaller with the crystals only..
It's so adorable!
Here is the pink shabby chic spray with the white feather!
Ahh, the wild rose buds are super cute and
the feather softens the whole spray!

My "Summertime" Chrysanthemum
spray with berry stamens...
...and the little charms hanging off the ribbon!
I wanted to make something different, so I made this swag
instead of the spray which was just as easy as the others since it started out as 2 little sprays! :)
I added some of my very own pearls and crystals
to the ends with floral wire and behind the huge large open rose!
I love this rose!!
Here's the 2 part video tutorial on
 how I put these together.
Enjoy the videos!!

"So Very Blessed" 12x12 LO!

Hey everyone!

Today's post is a LO (layout) I made.....
of me:) Using beautiful Wild Orchid Crafts elements! I had this picture of me for a while and I liked it but I just hadn't come across a paper line that I could
use....all I could see was my orange nails and
the black shirt I had on!! LoL

I have never really liked orange but would wear it on my nails but not so much in with the nails peeking through and no way to hide that, I waited.....

...until I saw Authentique's "Carefree" paper line!
Look at this, you can see the patterns!

To see the entire collection, head over to
Authentique's page...

Authentique was so sweet to gift this collection to
the Craft Warehouse Design Team when we met on our retreat in March! I loved the patterns.....I couldn't wait to make my LO with it! So here it is:) I hope you like it!
Thanks Authentique!!
